We also design a comprehensive marketing plan and personalized website for each individual property so we can show them off and attract buyers.
It’s different for every buyer based on their goals and the specific aspects of the home they are looking to purchase. Our goal is to match your motivation and work hard to get you settled into a home within your timeline, which could be anywhere from 30 days to a year.
Once we find the home you love and win the offer, there are a few out-of-pocket costs before you get to the closing table.
First, you will need to write a check for the earnest money which is usually around 1% of the purchase price. That will get held in escrow by the title company until closing and will go towards your final closing costs.
Second, you will have inspection costs, which are paid at the time of inspections and vary from company to company and property to property (but typically $1000-$2000 should cover it).
The rest of the costs get rolled into closing and vary, such as the appraisal, survey, and lender fees. We work with great lenders that can let you know a lot of those closing cost details during your initial consultation so you can plan ahead.
